Julie brings a lifetime passion of homes to every project. She believes that a home should be a reflection of the owner. This is why she feels that it is so important to be a great listener. Julie has been blessed with the natural ability to walk into a home or space and transform it either by using the home owners existing furnishings and decor or by making recommendations.

Julie built an 11,000 square foot traditional dream home which took 3 years to complete. It contained features from two previous homes and many special features from things that she had seen in real life as well as in movies.

Julie took a 1953 bungalow on a large waterfront property with no views of the water or direct sunlight and transformed it into an oasis with breathtaking views from each window all without adding square footage to the home.

Julie has meticulous taste and vision. She aims to please and is very understanding and considerate.
